Applications:
1. NISSIN Sanitary lobe pump is supplied by China manufacture and is applicable for food, condiment,dairy,pharmacetical, confectionery, edible oils, meat pastes, cosmetics, detergents and related industries which have strict hygiene requirement.
2.NISSIN  Sanitary lobe pump is suitable for pumping thin or viscous products, even with solid suspension.
3.The sturdy gearbox and short shaft make sure the minimum deviation, allow to work at high pressure (*2bars) without front shaft sleeve support. 
 
Easy Maintenance:
1.The sealing parts and sealing socket in the SLP pump can be removed or replaced from the front housing of pump head without disconnecting it off the pipeline.
2.Cleaning In Place (CIP) is available.
 
Shaft Sealing:
The shaft sealing of SLP will use mechanical sealing, lip type sealing or O-ring sealing. It has single sealing or water flush sealing.
 
Roters:
1. In order to get maximum efficiency, minimum internal slip and longer life circle, the rotors geometry has been determined after a wide studies, the design is complete with 3D CAD.
2. The hygiene of the rotors designed with a O-ring head and a O-ring at coupling sleeve, to avoid the process liquid get into the shaft splies.
